Types
- 5-Inch White Half Round—Our most affordable option, available only in white, in the 5-inch size. Made of high quality aluminum with an extremely durable color finish.
- 5-inch and 6-inch K-Style Premium Color—Available in high-grade aluminum or galvanized steel in 16 colors. The unique finish resists dirt adhesion, moisture, and peeling, has superior color retention, and is easy to clean.
- 5-inch and 6-inch Half Round Copper—Upgrade your home’s appearance, creating more curb appeal and a unique look. Copper has the longest lifespan of any gutter material—over 60 years!—and is ideal near the coast where salt air eats through most metals.
- Sealants—On all aluminum and galvanized gutter connections, we use Geocel 3300 Professional Grade polyurethane sealant that can withstand the most adverse weather conditions. We solder all copper gutter connections.
Choosing Size and Shape
- 5-Inch vs. 6-Inch—5-inch gutters costs less, but a 6-inch trough carries twice as much waster. In heavy rain, 5-inch gutters may quickly overflow, especially if clogged. Also, a more steeply pitched roof gets hit with more wind-driven rain, requiring larger gutters to handle the additional water.
- Half-Round vs. K-Style—Half-round gutters have a smoother shape than angular K-style troughs. This reduces the likelihood of corrosion, since there are fewer areas for moisture to collect.
Seamless Gutter Advantages
- No Leaks—Seamless gutters have no seams to break down and leak when sealants break down, or from inferior installation. The only joints in our gutter systems are at the corners and downspouts.
- Less Maintenance—Traditional gutters with joints are prone to collecting leaves, twigs, and other debris, which invite bird nests and grow weeds. Seamless gutters allow a freer flow of water, requiring less cleaning and maintenance.
- Custom Fit—Unlike pre-fabricated, standard sized gutter systems, our seamless gutters are custom cut and mitered on site, to precisely fit your home. This process dramatically decreases the number of connection points, allowing the gutter to handle heavier loads.
Why gutters belong on every roofline
- Gutters drain water from your roof, adding years to its life
- Gutters with properly positioned downspouts carry water away from the foundation, reducing the possibility of structural damage and basement flooding
- Gutters prevent siding and window deterioration
- Gutters eliminate staining on brick and stone masonry
- Gutters help block ice and ice dams from forming on roofs
- Gutters drain water away from your home and pathways preventing pooled water and ice patches from impeding safe access
