Gutter Cleaning

Unless you have gutter protection, such as The Gutter Specialist Gutter Guard System, you need to regularly remove leaves, pine needles, and other debris that collects in your gutters. Trees drop twigs and helicopter seeds, as well as leaves and needles all year, so it’s wise to check gutters twice a year—in late spring and fall, after the leaves have fallen. We remove all debris, put it in buckets, and dispose of it appropriately.

Gutter Repairs

Our gutter systems are built and installed to last, warranted 5 years for labor and 10 years for materials. However, they may need repair if damaged in an accident, such as when a tree limb falls on a gutter or a downspout is dislodged by high wind. Gutters we haven’t installed may also develop leaky seams from worn out joining material or attachment hardware, or simply poor workmanship. The Gutter Specialist can fix these problems in a timely manner using quality materials at a reasonable price.

Annual Maintenance and Cleaning Program

We keep this simple: no contract to sign, no payment in advance. We just add your name to the list of the customers we contact twice a year to see if cleaning or repairs need to be done. If they do, we come out, give you an estimate, and schedule a time to do the work. We reach out to you twice a year—in late spring and fall, once all the leaves are down.
